This wonderful spicy patè is ideal for lovers of strong and bold flavours. The special recipe is made exclusively with a selection of the best natural products of the Apulian lands (olives, peppers, potatoes, onions).
 
The precious mix is seasoned with a touch of hot pepper and our very fine extra virgin olive oil which enhances its authentic taste even more.
