It is recommended to slightly warm the pistachio cream in the microwave oven to make it creamier. 
 
It has a double leavening of over 48 hours, and an extremely soft structure with a taste that perfectly matches the needs of the sweet tooth. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, since 1882.
